abstract | (57) [Problem] To change the mother liquor dope conditions used for multi-layer casting, the dope of each layer reaches the casting die at substantially the same timing. SOLUTION: A mother liquor dope 3 in which a polymer is dissolved in a solvent. 1 is branched into a base layer dope, a back surface dope and a front surface dope and cast from a co-casting die 56 onto a casting drum 67 to form a film. The average time T1 for the base layer dope to pass through the flow path 53 is 20 minutes. The surface layer dope 57 is mixed with the dope for the surface layer for the back surface and the surface layer, and is made uniform by the static mixers 65 and 66. The average time T2 for the back surface and front surface surface dopes to pass through the flow paths 63 and 64 is 25 minutes. By making the times of T1 and T2 substantially the same, even when the components of the mother liquor dope 31 are changed, the time for which each dope is stabilized in the co-casting die 56 can be shortened. |
