(57) [Solution] An ornithine monooxygenase and a peptide synthetase protein forming a ferrichrome biosynthesis cluster of Aspergillus niger have been clarified, and the genes encoding them, that is, nsb1 and nsb2, have been cloned. And its base sequence was also determined. The above gene fragment cloned according to the present invention is composed of nsb involved in ferrichrome biosynthesis of Aspergillus niger. 1. It was confirmed that a cluster was formed on the chromosome with the nsb2 gene.
