PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte solution for a non-aqueous secondary battery having excellent flame retardancy and negative electrode characteristics. The flame retardant combined with (II) is added to the electrolytic solution. Preferably, the phosphonate compound (I) is neopentyl glycol methyl phosphonate or neopentyl glycol ethyl phosphonate. Preferably, the phosphate compound (II) is trimethyl phosphate. |
