titleOfInvention | Toner for developing electrostatic images |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention analyzes a charge amount distribution of a toner in a developer by using a normal distribution function, thereby defining a charge amount distribution in which background fouling is unlikely to occur using a normal distribution function, An object of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic charge developing toner having a charge amount distribution in which the background stain is less likely to occur. SOLUTION: In a two-component developer comprising a toner and a carrier, the toner and the carrier are set to a toner concentration of 5%. The charge amount distribution of the initial agent mixed by stirring with a turbula slightly for 60 s is expressed by a linear function of a normal distribution with an espart analyzer. A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, wherein the charge amount distribution is represented by a linear function even after stirring for 30 minutes in a two-component developing unit having a cm 2 and a doctor gap of 0.775 ± 0.02 mm. |
