(57) [Summary] (Problem corrected) [Problem] Trityl is obtained by reacting benzophenone dichloride or substituted benphenone dichloride with a polystyrene resin and producing a single reaction from polystyrene at a low production cost, with easy control of the reaction. Provided is a method for producing a polystyrene resin for peptide synthesis into which a group has been introduced. The benzophenone dihalide of the formula (I) (b) A method for producing a polystyrene resin (III) substituted with a trityl group, comprising a step of reacting an enzophenone dihalide-based compound with a polystyrene resin (II). (Where X is hydrogen or halogen, Y is hydrogen, halogen, C 1-4 alkyl or alkoxy, and A is a halogen element.) |
