abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] In a hair styling material for the purpose of hair styling, the hair can be styled with an appropriate setting power, and there is no stickiness. SOLUTION: At least 20 to 80% by weight of a polyhydric alcohol and / or a derivative thereof, preferably at least one selected from polyglycerin, polyalkylene glycol, polyoxyalkylene glyceryl ether, and polyoxypropylene sorbitol. And a polyether-modified silicone, preferably a polyoxyethylene / methylpolysiloxane copolymer. Further, the present invention provides a hair cosmetic characterized by further containing a thickening polymer.
