A blast furnace using a fly ash which is added to a fly ash and mixed with a CaO-containing substance, and then added to a molten slag discharged from the blast furnace after the basicity of the mixture is increased, and then cooled. Add and mix CaO-containing material to the slag aggregate manufacturing method and fly ash, An aggregate of blast furnace slag obtained by adding the basicity of the mixture to the molten slag discharged from the blast furnace, dissolving it, cooling it, and then crushing the slag into granules.
