titleOfInvention Liquid crystal display
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a liquid crystal display device excellent in uniformity of substrate spacing. A liquid crystal display device according to the present invention includes first to third liquid crystal displays. Color filter layer 18 having color regions 15a to 15c , A plurality of spacers 17, and a peripheral light-shielding layer 16, and the third color region 15 c is composed of the first and second color regions 15 a and 1. 5b, each of the plurality of spacers 17 is formed of at least one of the first and second color regions 15a and 15b as a lowermost layer and an intermediate layer on the lowermost layer having the same material as the third color region 15c. It has a structure in which the peripheral light-shielding layer 16 and the uppermost layer having the same material are sequentially laminated, and the intermediate layer is the third layer. It is characterized by being separated from the color area 15c.
