titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyvinyl alcohol fiber |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A high-performance polyvinyl alcohol-based filament yarn is obtained by spinning a polyvinyl alcohol-based solution at a high speed and drawing it with high efficiency. When a polyvinyl alcohol-based solution is subjected to dry-wet spinning by a thin-tube flow method, the thin tube is set at 1 to 1 through a thin-tube inlet. Use of a thin tube having a hole through which a solidifying liquid can pass through a wall of 50 mm and an opening ratio of 0.5 to 50% by the hole in the tube wall between 1 and 50 mm from the inlet of the thin tube. Thereby, the tension at the time of solidification is reduced, and a spinning yarn having a low molecular chain orientation is obtained even at high speed spinning, and a high performance polyvinyl alcohol fiber is obtained even at high efficiency drawing. |
