titleOfInvention | Modified D-amino acid oxidase |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a modified D-amino acid oxidase which can be used for various uses and has excellent substrate affinity and heat stability in an aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The modified D-amino acid oxidase which is obtained by modifying D-amino acid oxidase and has excellent substrate affinity and heat stability in an aqueous solution, and further has a substrate affinity obtained by modifying the modified enzyme. Provided is a modified D-amino acid oxidase characterized by having improved performance in thermostability. Further, the present invention provides a method for modifying D-amino acid oxidase into D-amino acid oxidase having a performance with improved substrate affinity and thermostability by modification. |
