abstract | (57) Abstract: A heat-resistant flame-retardant adhesive composition for a flexible printed wiring board which has high heat resistance, is non-halogen, and has excellent flame retardancy without increasing the phosphorus content. Provided is a flexible printed wiring board used. SOLUTION: The following (A) and (B) are main components, A heat-resistant flame-retardant adhesive composition for a flexible printed wiring board containing (C) and (D) is prepared. Then, a flexible printed wiring board is manufactured using this. (A) Polysiloxane imide. (B) an epoxy resin. (C) In one molecule, a triazine group and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10 A compound containing at least one oxy group. (D) a curing agent. |
