abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam production apparatus and production which have a uniform and fine surface cell structure without generation of coarse cells and can be suitably used for various roller members in an image forming apparatus or the like. Provided are a method and a method for producing a polyurethane foam roller capable of obtaining a high-performance polyurethane foam roller. SOLUTION: A mechanical stirring unit 2 has a stirring rotation shaft 4 in a vertical direction, and a pair of inflow paths 6 and 7 are arranged upstream of the mechanical stirring unit 2 and perpendicular to a side surface of the mechanical stirring unit 2. And a discharge port 3 is provided below the stirring rotation shaft 4, and a gas blow-in port 5 for introducing gas is provided in one or both of the inflow paths 6 and 7. It is a foam manufacturing apparatus. |
