A method of manufacturing a reflecting mirror, comprising: a base forming step of forming a base of the reflecting mirror; a reflecting film forming step of forming a reflecting film for reflecting light on the surface of the base; A method for manufacturing a reflecting mirror, comprising: a polymer film forming step of forming a water-repellent polymer film; and a hydrophilizing treatment step of hydrophilizing the surface of the polymer film using argon gas plasma. |
