abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-drying composite water-absorbing sheet and a quick-drying diaper that can be washed and reused (reusable) and have a high drying speed while maintaining comfortableness for wearing. SOLUTION: This is a composite water-absorbing sheet in which at least a water-absorbing layer (a), one or more water-retaining layers (b), and a water-impermeable layer (c) are sequentially arranged. At least one at each end (2 A quick-drying composite water-absorbing sheet which is joined so as to have a non-joining portion at each of the non-joining portions, and the non-joining portions communicate with each other, and a quick-drying diaper comprising such a quick-drying composite water-absorbing sheet.
