titleOfInvention | Continuous casting method of slab having excellent solidification structure and slab |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive, industrial productivity, and increase the equiaxed crystal ratio of a solidified structure of a slab in which molten steel is solidified, thereby forming a center segregation and a center formed in the slab. Provided is a continuous casting method for a cast piece having an excellent solidification structure capable of preventing internal defects such as porosity and improving the quality of the cast piece, and a cast piece thereof. SOLUTION: A continuous casting method of a slab having an excellent solidification structure, and a slab having an excellent solidification structure, wherein a molten steel is subjected to component adjustment so that a C1 value determined by the following formula becomes 20 or more and then continuously cast. C1 = 330 (C mass%) + 5 (Si mass%) + 2 (Mn mass%) + 115 (P mass%) + 720 (S mass%) + (Ni mass%) + 0.1 (Cr mass%) |
