(57) [Abstract] [Problem] It is excellent in apparent sebum absorbability (feeling of sebum removed) and true sebum absorbed, and it is possible to clearly confirm that sebum has been removed during use, and the user is satisfied. Develop a cosmetic fat-absorbing paper that can give SOLUTION: A paper stock obtained by blending (A) 100 parts by weight of a pulp raw material mainly composed of vegetable fiber with (B) 50 parts by weight or less of an inorganic filler is prepared, and at least paper obtained by papermaking is prepared. This is a cosmetic fat removing paper obtained by applying a clarifying agent to a part of one surface. |
