abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a syringe capable of discharging an accurate amount of liquid by a simple operation. A syringe (1) according to the present invention includes an outer cylinder (2) and an outer cylinder (2). The pusher 4 includes a gasket 3 that can slide inside the pusher, a pusher 4 that moves the gasket 3, and a stopper 5 that is slidable along the longitudinal direction of the pusher 4. The stopper 5 is fixed to the pusher 4 by an engaging portion provided inside the stopper 5 engaging with racks 47 a and 47 b formed on the pusher 4. When the operating part 71 is pressed, this fixed state is released, the position of the stopper 5 on the pusher 4 can be adjusted, and when the pressing of the operating part 71 is released, the state returns to the fixed state. When the pusher 4 is pressed in the distal direction, the distal end surface 66 of the stopper 5 comes into contact with the base end portion 28 of the outer cylinder 2, so that the insertion depth of the pusher 4 into the outer cylinder 2 is regulated. By the amount of the medicine 1 set 00 is discharged from the reduced diameter portion 22.
