titleOfInvention | Amine-resistant polyester monofilament for rubber reinforcement |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine-resistant polyester monofilament having a high strength, a high elastic modulus, and being uniformly oriented in the cross-sectional direction of a fiber, which can be used as it is for rubber reinforcement without twisting. I do. SOLUTION: A composition containing 0.05 to 2% by mass of a carbodiimide compound in an active state in polyethylene terephthalate or a polyester mainly containing the same and having a carboxyl end group content of 10 eq / t or less, wherein (E) Polyester monofilament for rubber reinforcement that satisfies the formula (a) Fineness 2000 to 6000 decitex (b) Strength 6 cN / dtex or more (c) Initial Young's modulus 70 cN / dtex or more (d) Density 1.390 g / cm 3 or more (e) Fiber Maximum difference of birefringence in cross section direction 0.004 or less |
