abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] An adhesive tape used for wiring work of electric wires and cables and degaussing coils and the like, particularly, halogen which has flame retardancy, mechanical strength, heat resistance and flexibility and is harmful at the time of combustion. An adhesive tape that does not generate gas is provided. A resin composition constituting a base material has a density of 0.8. 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin-based base polymer containing 1 to 10% by weight of an ultra low density polyethylene of 9 g / cm 3 or less and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or an acrylic rubber or an adhesive resin having a vinyl acetate content of 40% by weight or more. A mixture of 80 to 150 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide such as magnesium hydroxide, 10 to 50 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing organic compound such as melamine cyanurate, and 1 to 1015 parts by weight of a zinc compound such as zinc borate is used. Thereby, it passes the mechanical properties, heat resistance, and flame retardancy specified in UL510. |
