(A) a water-soluble inorganic salt and (B) a treatment liquid containing an aqueous lubricant containing at least one of wax and molybdenum disulfide for 0.5 to 10 minutes. The liquid is drained for 5 to 60 seconds after separating from the processing liquid, and then, while simultaneously moving a plurality of these materials, hot air of 50 to 150 ° C. is applied for 0.5 to 10 minutes to dry the material.
