titleOfInvention Method for producing tertiary functional water and tertiary functional water
abstract (57) [Summary] An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing tertiary functional water and a function of tertiary functional water having functions such as reduction of harmful components in exhaust gas and improvement of fuel efficiency extremely easily. [Problem] A thing. A transferable primary functional water obtained by irradiating a raw material liquid of a primary functional water with ultraviolet light in the presence of a photocatalyst is transferred to the raw material water, and then the primary function is transferred to the raw material water having the transferred function. Water is mixed to produce secondary functional water, and then a photocatalyst is mixed with the secondary functional water.
