titleOfInvention | Pattern sheet manufacturing method and fine pattern forming method |
abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a pattern sheet for producing a pattern sheet by applying a coating liquid to a hydrophilic portion of a sheet-like material having a hydrophilic-water-repellent pattern formed on the surface and solidifying the coating liquid. Regarding a manufacturing method and a fine pattern forming method using a pattern sheet manufactured by such a manufacturing method of a pattern sheet, a sheet-like material having a hydrophilic-water-repellent pattern that does not deteriorate the performance of a coating solution is used. Provided are a method for producing a pattern sheet, and a method for forming a fine pattern using the pattern sheet produced by such a method for producing a pattern sheet. A concavo-convex structure 2 that makes a lotus effect of repelling liquid effective by a fine concavo-convex structure on the surface of a sheet-like object 2 1 part is arranged with a part smoother than the concavo-convex structure 21, and then a coating solution is applied to the smooth part on the surface of the sheet-like material 2 and solidified. |
