titleOfInvention | Pattern sheet manufacturing method and fine pattern forming method |
abstract | (57) An object of the present invention is to form a pattern sheet by forming a hydrophilic-water-repellent pattern on the surface of a sheet-like material and then applying and solidifying the coating liquid on the hydrophilic portion of the surface of the sheet-like material. A manufacturing method of a pattern sheet to be manufactured and a fine pattern forming method using the pattern sheet, and forming a hydrophilic-water-repellent pattern on the surface of the sheet-like material without reducing the performance of the coating liquid in a simple process. Provided are a method for producing a pattern sheet, and a method for forming a fine pattern using the pattern sheet produced by such a method for producing a pattern sheet. A surface of a sheet-like material 2 having a water-repellent surface is covered with a mask 60 in which a plurality of openings 601 are arranged, and only a portion of the surface of the sheet-like material 2 exposed from the opening 601 of the mask 60 is exposed to a gas atmosphere. By performing gas discharge in the exposed state, the opening 60 of the mask 60 on the surface of the sheet-like object 2 is obtained. The part exposed from 1 is hydrophilized. |
