abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] As one of the means for eliminating substances harmful to living space, a device for reforming a liquid by means of particles and plates containing photocatalytic titanium oxide and others is provided. By using good wastewater, people can reduce wastewater treatment costs. An apparatus for reforming a liquid in close contact with photocatalytic titanium oxide particles by sunlight, ultraviolet rays by lights, and non-light particles by electrons. It is characterized in that the device is changed for each purpose and application.
