(57) [Problem] To provide a method capable of producing a fluorescence-labeled nucleic acid having high detection sensitivity and not requiring changing the kind of primer for each gene. A method for producing fluorescently labeled DNA, comprising a step of reacting with RNA using a fluorescently labeled random primer when synthesizing DNA from RNA by a reverse transcription reaction. |
