titleOfInvention | Conveying roller for chemical conversion apparatus and method for forming electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor using the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing an anode foil used for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, using a transfer roller of a chemical conversion apparatus capable of stably producing the anode foil, and using the transfer roller. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming an electrode foil for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor. A cylindrical roller (1), bearings (2) mounted on both end surfaces of the roller (1), a rotating shaft (3) fitted into the bearing (2), and a cylindrical roller (1) with respect to the rotating shaft (3). In the transfer roller of the chemical conversion device configured to be rotatable, the outer peripheral surface of the columnar roller 1 is formed in an arc shape shorter than the width of the roller 1 and the center portion of the arc shape is the deepest. A plurality of V-shaped grooves 4 are provided at equal intervals in the rotation direction, and both sides of the etching foil are not curved even if the etching foil is continuously formed. It is possible to prevent the sediment in the chemical conversion tank from adhering. |
