A transfer plate-forming transfer material having a concavo-convex portion formed thereon and a method for producing the same. A first substrate in which a first electrode having a light reflecting function is formed at least partially on a surface facing the second substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; A liquid crystal layer sealed between the first and second substrates, and formed in a process including transfer between the first substrate and the first electrode using the transfer plate forming transfer material.
