(57) [Abstract] Dmin by aging of aqueous photothermographic materials Elevation stability is improved by including certain water-soluble or water-dispersible antifoggants having a pKa value of 8 or less. SOLUTION: These antifoggants have the following structural formula I Is represented by R 1 -SO 2 -C (R 2 ) R 3- (CO) m- (L) n -SG I In the above formula, R 1 is an aliphatic group or a cyclic group, and R 2 and R 3 is each independently hydrogen or bromine, provided that at least one of them is bromine, L is a divalent aliphatic bonding group, m and n are each independently 0 or 1, SG is a solubilizing group having a pKa value of 8 or less. |
