titleOfInvention Electrophoretic filter paper and apparatus using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a simple measurement technique by an electrophoresis method that can easily, quickly and reliably measure a target substance in a sample, In addition, the present invention provides an electrophoresis technique in which even a thin sample solution can be vividly colored to measure a large number of samples simultaneously with one electrophoretic filter paper. SOLUTION: Absorbing filter paper pieces having absorbed a sample liquid are not buffered together with an absorbing filter paper piece which has absorbed an internal standard solution of a substance to be measured on an electrophoresis filter paper set and wetted with a moving liquid. Apply electricity while keeping the distance, and after applying electricity, dry the electrophoresis filter paper, color it with a coloring agent, and measure the size and density of the coloring part at the same point as the internal standard solution from the ratio with the internal standard solution. This is to calculate the content of the substance. The filter paper for electrophoresis is provided with two pairs of slits in the electrophoresis direction at the position where the sample solution is to be spotted, and the two electrophoresis lines are connected through the connecting slits connecting the slit pairs in the electrophoresis direction. This is a filter paper in which at least two H-shaped slits connected to a pair of directional slits are formed.
