titleOfInvention Sealing treatment agent, sealing treatment method, and thermal spray coating member subjected to sealing treatment
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a sealing agent and a sealing method which can be relatively easily processed without requiring a special environment such as a pressurized or reduced pressure atmosphere for improving permeability. SOLUTION: At least one selected from the group consisting of (i) a synthetic resin, (ii) a polymerizable organic solvent, and (iii) a fluorine-based surfactant and a perfluoro group-containing organosilicon compound. A seed-containing sealing agent; a method for sealing a sprayed coating, which comprises permeating the sealing agent into the pores of the sprayed coating and then polymerizing a polymerizable organic solvent; A method for producing a thermal spray coating member, wherein the sealing agent is permeated into pores of the obtained thermal spray coating, and then the polymerizable organic solvent is polymerized to perform a sealing treatment of the thermal spray coating. And a sprayed coating member in which the pores of the sprayed coating obtained by the method are substantially completely filled with a polymer of a synthetic resin and a polymerizable organic solvent.
