(57) [Problem] To provide a harmful heavy metal trapping material for adsorbing and holding harmful heavy metals in various harmful heavy metal-containing materials such as cement and concrete so as not to be eluted. SOLUTION: It is a harmful heavy metal trapping material containing activated carbon having ion exchange ability. For example, when a cation exchange ability is provided, harmful heavy metal ions can be adsorbed and stably retained by the physical adsorption ability, reduction ability, and the like of the cation exchange group and the activated carbon. |
