(57) [Problem] To provide a highly moisture-sensitive electronic device with reduced moisture damage. SOLUTION: a) a substrate containing two or more highly moisture-sensitive electronic devices; b) an enclosure surrounding all of the moisture-sensitive electronic devices on the substrate; c) the substrate and the enclosure. A seal disposed between the substrate and the enclosing enclosure so as to form a complete seal around each moisture-sensitive electronic device between the body or around a population of moisture-sensitive electronic devices. And d) the substrate and / or the encapsulation enclosure comprises: A highly moisture-sensitive electronic device element having a plurality of highly moisture-sensitive electronic devices, comprising a vent hole and a vent hole sealing material. |
