PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a biological material fixing substrate in a simple process and a biochip manufactured using the biological material fixing substrate. The present invention relates to a substrate for immobilizing a biological material; a surface active layer formed on the substrate to improve a bonding force between the substrate and the immobilization layer; and an immobilization layer formed on the surface active layer. A substrate for immobilizing a biological material is provided. According to the present invention, a uniform and high-density immobilization layer having excellent stability can be formed by a simple process. |
