abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous ink jet recording element having an instantaneous drying time when used in ink jet printing. It is another object of the present invention to provide a porous recording element having good coating quality (especially low cracking). It is another object of the present invention to provide an ink jet recording element that exhibits good image quality after printing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a printing method using the above-mentioned elements. SOLUTION: (a) inorganic particles encapsulated with an organic polymer having a Tg of less than 100 ° C, and (b) A porous inkjet recording element having a substrate carrying a porous image-receiving layer having particles having an average particle size of 5 μm or less. |
