A liquid flow path having a liquid flow path, the liquid discharge head discharging the liquid from the discharge port by the energy at the time of the bubble generation, the liquid discharge head being provided on the upstream side of the bubble generation region and moving as the bubble grows A member, and an upstream regulating portion and a downstream regulating portion which are provided on the upstream side and the downstream side of the movable member and regulate the movement of the movable member within a desired range.
