titleOfInvention | Gas pressure injection molding method and molded product thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good injection molded article of polytrimethylene terephthalate which is a crystalline resin, has a low viscosity at the time of melt flow, has a large molding shrinkage, and easily causes sink marks. SOLUTION: In the injection molding of a molded article having a thick portion protruding on the back side, a molten thermoplastic resin composition containing polytrimethylene terephthalate as a main component is injection-filled in a mold cavity, and then a gas is injected. A gas pressure injection molding method, characterized in that a pressurized gas is press-fitted between a back surface of a molded product and a corresponding mold cavity surface in a press-fitting region, and the molded product surface is pressed against the mold cavity surface. |
