abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator having good gas impermeability, conductivity and durability, and a fuel cell having good moldability and mass productivity without any problem in gas impermeability, conductivity and durability. Provided is a method for manufacturing a separator, and a fuel cell using a separator having excellent gas impermeability, conductivity, and durability. SOLUTION: In a fuel cell separator using a conductive material (A), the conductive material (A) has at least an ethylenically unsaturated double bond with a novolak type phenol resin or a phenol dicyclopentadiene resin (B). 2 The present invention relates to a separator for a fuel cell, which is dispersed in a cured product obtained by an addition crosslinking reaction with a compound (C) having the same, a method for producing the same, and a fuel cell.
