abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] To provide an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion that has excellent controllability in emulsion polymerization, contains little or no aldehyde compounds such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, and has little odor, and has little environmental impact. Providing a manufacturing method of SOLUTION: When an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is emulsion-polymerized using a vinyl alcohol polymer having a saponification degree of 70 mol% or more as a dispersant, hydrogen peroxide and tartaric acid, erythorbic acid, ascorbic acid and their metals are used. An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer comprising a redox polymerization initiator composed of at least one compound selected from a salt, an iron compound is added and emulsion polymerization is performed, and an inorganic reducing agent is added after the emulsion polymerization. Method for producing systematic resin emulsion. |
