titleOfInvention | Method for producing potassium para-diarylphosphinobenzenesulfonate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially and advantageously producing potassium para-diarylphosphinobenzenesulfonate with high purity and good yield without using metal potassium. I do. A: reacting a lithium para-halogenobenzenesulfonate represented by the general formula I with a metal diaryl phosphide represented by the general formula II in the presence of an organic solvent to obtain a para-formula represented by the general formula III A reaction step of obtaining a diarylphosphinobenzenesulfonate; B. ion-exchange to obtain a potassium salt of a para-diarylphosphinobenzenesulfonate represented by the general formula IV by reacting a sulfonate of the general formula III with an acid potassium salt Step C, comprising the step of performing an extraction operation by adding water to an organic layer containing the compound of the general formula IV to obtain an aqueous solution, wherein the para-diarylphosphinobenzenesulfonic acid potassium salt is obtained. Production method. (Wherein, X; halogen, R 1 , R 2 ; aryl, M: sodium or lithium) |
