(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for reusing a recovered polyamide which is not restricted by alkali resistance and the like in a reaction container and a storage container for a decomposition product, and is advantageous in terms of handling of a solvent to be used and decomposition rate. . SOLUTION: A filling step of filling the recovered polyamide together with methyl acetate into a reaction vessel, and a decomposition reaction step of decomposing the polyamide into a predetermined decomposition product by heating and holding the reaction vessel at a predetermined temperature are sequentially performed.
