titleOfInvention How to stabilize vitamin C
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for stabilizing vitamin C, which can improve the stability of vitamin C in the presence of a trace element. SOLUTION: In the infusion container 1, a method of stabilizing vitamin C, in which citric acid is present at the time of mixing vitamin C and a trace element respectively contained in chambers 2 and 3 of the infusion container 1 or immediately after mixing, And a method for stabilizing vitamin C wherein the pH of the mixed solution when mixing vitamin C and a trace element in an infusion container is 3 to 6, preferably by allowing a sulfite to be present in each of the above mixed solutions. In addition, the decomposition of vitamin C is suppressed, and the stability is improved.
