titleOfInvention "Okara" solids production method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a solid “okara” which is convenient for storage and transportation. SOLUTION: A method for producing a solid “okara” which is made of tofu husk or tofu waste and a resin liquid as a solidifying agent, and made into a solid. Salt can be mixed as an auxiliary material. The resin solution comprises 7.8% 2 containing 60-63% by weight of an acryl-styrene emulsion (47.5% solids) and 5.0-6.0% by weight of a methylated melamine resin as a crosslinking agent. -Consisting of a propanol-water dispersion. Resin liquid for 13 to 17 against tofu 4% to 6% by weight of a 20% urea solution are added. The resin liquid was composed of 85-92% by weight of an acryl-styrene emulsion (solid content of 47.5% by weight) and 7.6-14. It comprises 2% by weight of a heat-reactive water-soluble urethane resin solution as a crosslinking agent and 0.4 to 0.8% by weight of a catalyst solution.
