abstract (57) [Summary] [Problems] Good unwinding and handling properties, high crimping properties, soft texture, virtually no residual torque, Provided is a method for producing a polytrimethylene terephthalate false twist yarn from which a woven or knitted fabric having no skew is obtained. SOLUTION: Twisted, heat-set, and untwisted S false twisted yarn in the S-twist direction and Z false-twisted yarn twisted, heat-set and untwisted in the Z-twist direction after the untwisting step in the false twisting step. A method for producing a non-torque false twisted yarn that is continuously combined and wound into a package, A method for producing a non-torque false twist yarn, characterized in that at least one of the S false twist yarn and the Z false twist yarn is made of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber.
