| abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing a resin molded product having an undercut without forming a PL and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A wooden model 10 on which a grain 11 is stuck. Is inverted once with silicon or the like, and then again with an epoxy resin or the like to form a convex model 14, and a thermosetting urethane elastomer is sprayed or applied to this to form a film mold 22. After setting the film mold 22 on the lower mold 24, the skin 30 is sprayed on the film mold 22 by spraying, and while the upper mold 26 is open or closed, urethane foam is injected and foamed integrally. Next, the upper mold 26 is opened, and the film mold 22 is released from the product 36. This can prevent the film mold 22 from generating PL on the design surface of the product 36. |
