abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a thermosetting polyurethane resin having good weather resistance and favorable environment at the time of molding, low hardness and tough rubber elasticity, and a method for producing a molded article using the same. I do. SOLUTION: An allophanate group-containing poly which is obtained by subjecting HDI (a) and monool (b) to allophanation in the presence of a zirconium carboxylate (c) to reduce the unreacted HDI content to 0.5% by mass or less. Isocyanate (A1) The problem is solved by a method for producing a thermosetting polyurethane resin composition comprising a main agent (A) obtained by using the above and a curing agent (B) comprising an active hydrogen group-containing compound (B1), and a method for producing a molded article using the same. . |
