(57) [Summary] [Problems] In recent years, natural products such as vitamin E have been used as food light deterioration inhibitors. And the like, the effect of preventing light degradation on foods was not always sufficient. Therefore, there is a demand for the development of a photodeterioration inhibitor that is sufficiently effective and has high safety such as vitamin E. An object of the present invention is to provide a photodeterioration inhibitor for the purpose of suppressing deterioration of food due to light and improving the quality of a final product. SOLUTION: This problem is solved by incorporating at least one member selected from the group consisting of Amla, Tulsi and Brahmi into a food. |
