titleOfInvention | Photo elements |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic element exhibiting high consistency as a function of exposure level of B → R and B → G interimage effects without sacrificing blue density. SOLUTION: The support comprises a support carrying a blue recording comprising at least three layers each having a different photosensitivity, wherein said at least three layers have a lowest sensitivity layer closest to the support; The light-sensitive layers are arranged in order of light sensitivity from the lowest speed layer to the highest speed layer so that the highest speed layer is closest to the exposure source. A) The blue-sensitive layer is more exposed than the other color-sensitive layers. B) the least sensitive blue sensitive layer has at least 1.0 log E lower sensitivity than the next most sensitive blue sensitive layer, as determined at the density point 0.15 above Dmin. And a photographic element comprising a specific cyan dye-forming DIR coupler, and c) all blue-sensitive layers other than the lowest sensitivity blue-sensitive layer independently comprise a specific yellow dye-forming DIR coupler. |
