Latex particles for immunological diagnostics |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: A sensitive latex particle suitable for an immunological diagnostic agent material is provided. A graft chain having a functional group is bonded to the surface of a latex particle by graft polymerization or a functional group of the bonded graft chain is converted into another functional group, and then the functional group in the graft chain bonded to the latex particle surface is converted. Sensitivity is improved by sensitizing the group with an antibody or antigen. |
