titleOfInvention | Granulation of raw materials for steelmaking |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method for granulating a raw material for ironmaking, which is preferably used for granulating the raw material for ironmaking to form pseudo-granules or pellets. SOLUTION: When a granulation composition containing the above-mentioned raw material for iron making (sintering raw material or pellet raw material) is dispersed in water at a predetermined ratio, after a predetermined time has elapsed, fine particles suspended in water are removed. The above granulation composition is blended so that the amount is 2% by weight or more of the solid content of the used granulation composition, and the granulation treatment (pseudo granulation or Pelletization). |
