titleOfInvention | Method for producing succinic anhydride |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing succinic anhydride capable of achieving a high conversion rate of maleic anhydride in industrial production for producing succinic anhydride by a hydrogenation reaction using maleic anhydride as a raw material. I do. SOLUTION: In the method for obtaining succinic anhydride by a hydrogenation reaction in the presence of a catalyst using maleic anhydride as a raw material, the hydrogenation reaction requires 2.5 kW / m 3 of power required for stirring per unit volume of fluid. Under the stirring conditions described above, the reaction is performed continuously or discontinuously for at least 80% of the total reaction time from the start of the reaction to the end of the reaction. |
